I've been thinking (dangerous territory), OK i was rewatching 'Red' and some thing occured to me.
Three time during season one someone says 'It seems like it happened to someone else'. An implication that the events they were not real or that they felt like they detached from them.
I'm not sure where this is heading, it's just something I noticed.
Maybe we could pick up on other things that occured throughout the season. Smaller things.
Anyone?

I never noticed that... Which episodes were the 3 times in, and which character said them?
I should watch all my tapes again to see what I can pick up.

Ok, the first and third have obvious ties to each other. The writers ended Season 1 in the same way it started - search for loved one(s). The other one, I don't know. Maybe it's a theme of the whole show, how things are hard to see as real, like it's a story or something, but really is happening, and they're going to have to live with it. Or the writers found a cool sounding line and tried to get all they could from it.

Or the writers found a cool sounding line and tried to get all they could from it. Probably. That would it. And it's all just been me and my over obsessedness . But you're right, the first and third make a very neat beginning and end to the season, althought my sis does say it is a bit corny. I'm off to be even more obsessive and see if I can find any other little details. Did you know that the motel in the Pilot and in ...AJBAC are the same one? The Yuk Yuk Tree Motel-Kazzy

X5-905 here,
I always wonder why I never notice these things. Now that you bring it up, I know what you're talkin' about. Sometimes I amuse myself. ;D
X5-905 over and out

Did you know that the motel in the Pilot and in ...AJBAC are the same one? The Yuk Yuk Tree Motel-Kazzy Yeah, there's loads of things like that in this show. It's nice for continuity(?), but it could be more consistent (Logan living in the penthouse and having an upstairs neighbour).

X5-905 here,
I didn't understand the whole deal with Logan living in a penthouse and having an upstairs neighbor either. I though it was pretty strange myself.
X5-905 out.

He even had a sky light! But I once read something about Mulder's (The X-files ) apartment constantly rearranging itself. It could be just hearsay (no, not the band), but could there be something in this. Or has too many years of watching sci-fi finally caught up with me?

Sci FI shows are complicated with lots of little details. Maybe they didn't communicate details between writers very well?
