'09 X5 escapees

'K I know there are some people who still haven't seen to the end of season one yet and I will be making direct references to the final so be warned if you don't like spoilers.

I'm thinking mainly about Zack's relationship with his siblings. He refers to Brin as baby sister and Syl as little sister. The only conversation between Zack and Tinga that we see is in TKAA:

TINGA (to Max): What about you?
ZACK: She's going back to Seattle.
TINGA: You're not coming with us?
ZACK: Don't bother.
TINGA: Lydecker's...
ZACK: I said, don't bother.

Tinga never directly speaks to Zack, on screen at any rate. We have to assume that she talked to him some where on the road to Canada, because in the discussion between Max and her in HASB she mentions leaving Zack because he wasn't too happy about her returning to Case and Charlie.

Of the other two girls: we see a conversation between Brin and Zack over the phone. But only from Brins end, and this:

ZACK: We're here, baby sister.
BRIN: Zack...You came for me.

And between Syl and Zack:

ZACK: What about you, little sister?
SYL: Russian-made rgn-3s, fragmentation pattern explosion.

The only one of his brothers we see Zack with is Krit.

ZACK: Syl, Krit, what do you got?
KRIT: Packs a punch, but I've only got 40 rounds.

Later in AJBAC there is a conversation _{yes all this is going somewhere}:

SYL: Maybe you're right. But what about him?
ZACK: And you expect us to believe he's had an epiphany because of what happened to Tinga?
MAX: Maybe. Or one of his bosses want him dead in a big way.
KRIT: Take a number.
MAX: Either way he's going to help us.
.....
KRIT: It's worth a shot.
SYL: I'm getting tired of running.
ZACK: I don't like it.
.....
MAX: I don't like it, either, but we don't have a choice.
ZACK: You so much as breathe wrong, there'll be four of us to take you out.

There is also a second converstion but by now you're probably bored of me regenerating DA scripts and want me to get to the point. So I will.

OK. Of the '09 escapees that have appeared on the show are: Brin, Tinga, Ben, Syl, Krit. We see Zack have direct conversation with three of them. And all the conversations are brief. Ben is never brought up by Zack. In TKAA Zack mentions Jondy, Tinga, Zane, Krit and Syl.

As I said Ben is never mentioned by Zack. Nor is Zack bought up by Max and Ben.

Most of Zack's conversations are with Max. I think he actually has more conversations with Logan than he does his siblings.

So people, what exactly is Zack's relationship with his siblings? And does he know where all of them are? Do you think he knows about Jace? And what he would do about her if he does?

I don't think he knows about Jace and if he did, I doubt that he would aprove.
He'd probably see her as a threat. She's connected to Manticore. She might betray the others plus she's pregnant. So she would have to go back for him/her if anything was to happen. I don't think that Zack is happy about any X5 having a family. He probably tells them not to get involved with regular people.

Perhaps he just keeps tabs on the ones that he can(those who are willing, to a degree). Ben was somewhat of a lost cause, not staying in one place for very long at all, maybe Zack couldn't keep up with him? Or maybe Zack knew exactly what Ben was doing, but didn't stop him, because of his caring about his siblings over the value of normal humans. He wouldn't want to mention Ben, in case someone(other X5s, etc.) found about what Ben was doing and killed Ben.

I don't think he knows where all of them are, perhaps he knew about them all except for Ben. I also don't think he knows about Jace, because Max wouldn't be in a hurry to tell him, as he would most likely tell her to abandon the child because it is "a threat to her safety".

I am also wondering if Zack had found Max before 411 On The DLL, or that was his first contact. He obviously wasn't going to tell her who he was, or maybe he had to confirm she was who he thought she was. She discovered Zack in 411, and if Zack knew who she was, or had/was going to discover who she really was, I still doubt he would have told her, "The less you know about each other, the better." He probably kept most of the information about the others a secret, for that very reason.

On the topic of Zack in "411 on the DL". I always thought that he knew where Max was, he just didn't tell her.

But you could go either way. It's equipollent (see I did learn something in philosophy - more nice big long words).

I still say he knew where she was.

That's right, it could go either way. You could argue that he got a job at Jam Pony to check up on Max, and you could a rgue that he didn't know because when at his hotel room, he acted as if he just met her. But then later, I think Max asked "Why didn't you tell me?", and then Zack replied something I can't remember, but it does tend to lean toward the side where he knew who/where she was.

He was probably checking to make sure nobody knew about her past and stuff like that. Maybe he has a system to see if he should reveal himself but he want's to know if they need his help so he sorta gets to know their condition by joining htere environment??

Just an idea.

Max is nothin like him. She's pretty much just "out there", not in secret or anything like that. She woulda found out eventually that he was there. Ya gotta remember, Zack did hint at knowing her when they were in the coffee house in....411. Somethin about a past life. Remember? So he knew it was her I am pretty sure of that. It woulda been terrible, if Vogelsang weren't around, and Max never found out it was Zack and then he just left when he decided when she wasn't jeopardizing herself. Which she kinda was....

Ben? I don't think he knew about Ben. Though since he was keeping tabs on all the X5's, that's kinda hard to believe. There's no way Zack woulda let him go around killing people and being so conspicuous, especially if it were at Ben's risk. Which it was. Manticore would notice all the victims had fake barcode tattoos eventually. And they're pretty smart, they prolly woulda put 2 and 2 together.

Jace? I doubt he even knew about her. She stayed at Manticore, so he wouldn't know how to contact her. He wouldn't really know she escaped at all. I think he woulda let her keep the kid.

He knew about Case but he didn't make Tinga leave till, ya know, Lydecker's guys showed up on her doorstep.

And if he wanted the X's to keep their distance from each other, then why would he risk compromising Max's safety by joining her job? I never quite understood that....

I think Zack knows were all of them are.
and yes he probably sees jace as a threat to him and the others. but sometimes I think he doesn't know were all of his siblings are cause you only get max,brin,ben,krit,syl,tinga to see so were are all the others?
